To receive the $100 Bonus:
- You must sign up and have Checking, Check Card and psecu@home online account access by 11/30/07.
- You must have payroll Direct Deposit active as of 2/29/08.
Payroll Direct Deposit must be a minimum of $100 per deposit and occur at least monthly. Payroll Direct Deposit is defined as paychecks, Social Security payments and pension payments. Payroll Direct Deposit must remain active as of 6/30/08 or PSECU reserves the right to recall the $100. The recipient of the $100 is solely responsible for payment of applicable taxes on that amount. Payment of $100 will be deposited into the Regular savings (S1) by the 20th of the month following the first payroll Direct Deposit. If PSECU is unable to confirm the deposit is a recurring payroll deposit, PSECU reserves the right to withhold the payment until confirmation occurs. PSECU employees, officers and agents and their families are not eligible for this promotion.

Wait for Welcome Packet
- Even if you've received checks from us, wait for the Welcome packet before establishing Direct Deposit. The Welcome packet signals that your account is activated for your use.

See Your Payroll Office

PSECU does not set up Direct Deposit. That's something you do through your payroll office or other depositing institutions (government checks, for example). We strongly suggest you use their form to ensure a smooth transition of your Direct Deposit. However, we can provide a downloadable form if needed.

Switching to PSECU - Easy as 1 - 2
-
- Stop using your old account
Make sure you keep sufficient funds in your existing account to cover outstanding payments. Don’t forget about automatic payments like car loans, mortgages or utilities. To switch them from your old account to your new PSECU account, complete the Automatic Payment Change form and send it to each merchant that receives electronic payments drawn from your old account. - Close your old checking account
Once all of your checks and automatic payments have cleared, use the Account Closing Request form to close your old account. Your former financial institution will send you a check for any remaining balances.
- Stop using your old account
